ONE of my favorite things at Christmas time is Peppermint Ice Cream. My friend Maggie turned me onto this yummy delight above. This one includes chocolate chunks with the chunks of peppermint. Since it only comes out at Christmas time...it's okay to buy the WHOLE shelf in the freezer section, right?

WTF – Are there crunchy bits of candy cane? I like mint chocolate... but I don't like glass in my ice cream.
