Sunday, rainy Sunday. The rain outside the window sounds like a sizzling hot deep fryer – I'm serious. Fusilli took some of the future smoothie bananas, dates and walnuts to make these excellent mini muffins. I also made an almond milk, banana, peach & blueberry smoothie.
